Ready For the Anzisha Effect?, Nominate an Entrepreneur Today?

It is less than a Day till applications for the anzisha prize for 2017 starts pouring in, if you don't have a Start-Up yet that you can use for the Application, a friend of yours should or someone you know maybe where you Live or School.
It doesn't matter whether you are close to them or not, if you have benefited from their Start-Up, then you can help Nominate them for this year Anzisha Prize.  To Nominate someone is very Easy.

Your endorsement is a vote of confidence for a young person, which contributes to their drive to take this courageous step to enter for consideration for Africa’s largest award for her youngest entrepreneurs.

 

What Happens After You Nominate an Entrepreneur?

 Even though you have Nominated an Entrepreneur, those Entrepreneurs need to still apply themselves for the Anzisha Prize. The Nomination is just an Endorsement, a vote of confidence. Think of it as submitting a recommendation letter on behalf of the Candidate. The Candidate then submits the application that gives full information about their business, enabling them to be evaluated for participation in the Fellowship. The Nominee receives an email letting them know that they have been nominated, and then receives a reminder to apply for the Prize as soon as Applications are Open.

As the Anzisha team gets into planes, on the road, in different countries and cities all over Africa, we are looking for this special breed of entrepreneurs we call VYEs. They are ambitious and they have already taken the initiative to start. Many can attest to the difference they are already making in their corner of the world.
