EXCUSES: WHAT EVERY YOUTH MUST FIGHT 1

Youths today must realise that things have changed. It is no more business as usual, time is counting and we must do all we can to establish a legacy for the generations coming. Impacting the world starts from within and every youth must begin to think this way.

That brings me to things young people must fight for global impact.

-Excuses

It means to make an apology for why something didn't happen.

                   This is one reason youths are not impacting their world today. They have a thousand and one excuses why they ain't successful 'its my grandmother, its my uncle, I forgot, I this...I that' and what they don't realize is that to always give excuses is a sign of immaturity and irresponsibility! Don't take your life for granted! Don't be that kind of leader,youth, Pastor who would always give reasons why things can't and didn't work out. Take responsibility for every thing you do. When given an assignment, carry it out to the later. Be such that can be trusted with responsibilities.

                          I have a leader in my team who I can give responsibilities to and go to sleep because I trust her ability to carry it out. She gives no room for excuses. She is building capacity. See every task as possible. It just have to work! No pessimism! Young people it is old fashioned to blame people for your failure! Stop making excuses and get to work! Some people have never been promoted at work because nothing works with them! That is a dangerous path! Your boss should always be excited to work with you because you are a mover!
